Ordering information

What is the minimum quantity (MOQ) for an order?

The minimum order quantity is 5 units per design and style. This low minimum is ideal for small teams, groups, or even for creating samples before a large team order.

How do I know what sizes to order?

For larger team orders, we strongly recommend requesting our size set samples. We can send you a set of blank singlets in various sizes to try on, ensuring everyone on your team gets the perfect, comfortable fit before we start production.

Can I reorder small quantities later?

Yes, absolutely! However, please contact us at [email protected]

Do you offer sizing sets or samples?

Yes, we understand that fit is crucial. We offer pre-production sampling to ensure you are 100% happy with the color vibrancy and fabric feel before we begin the full production run. For samples and size sets, please contact us at [email protected]

Do you deliver all over Australia?

Yes, generally, we provide door-to-door delivery all over the Australia.

Design & Customization

What is the difference between Sublimation and Screen Printing?

While screen printing sits on top of the fabric, sublimation permanently embeds the ink into the fibers. This means your design, logos, and player names will never crack, peel, or fade, no matter how many times they are washed. Sublimation also allows for unlimited colors and all-over designs at no extra cost.

What's the difference between Sublimation and Embroidery/Patching?

Sublimation dyes the artwork directly into the fabric, making it feel lightweight and ensuring it never fades or cracks (best for complex graphics). Embroidery/Patching adds texture and a classic, high-end look (best for club crests and badges). You can use both on the same singlet!

What if I don't have a design idea yet?

You don't need to be an artist to get a pro-level kit. You can:

  • Browse our Ready Designs: Choose from our curated library of templates and just swap the colors.
  • Brief our Designers: Tell us your team name and preferred colors, and our in-house team will create three unique concepts for you to choose from completely free of charge.
Can I add sponsor logos and player names for free?

Yes! One of the biggest benefits of our process is that personalization is included. You can add a sponsor logo, individual player names, and numbers as you like without increasing the price per unit.

What is the difference between Micromesh and Titan fabric?

Micromesh is a lightweight (130-160gsm) "birdseye" knit with tiny pores for maximum airflow. It’s our most popular choice for training shirts and hot Australian conditions.

Titan is a more structured, high-tensile fabric (180-250gsm) that offers extra durability. It is ideal for game-day jerseys where physical contact or extra "weight" is preferred.
