Payment and Delivery Info.
The estimated delivery times are: Standard Delivery: 4-5 weeks from the day of order confirmation (by deposit). Urgent Delivery: 3 weeks from the day of order confirmation. For urgent delivery, please contact our sales team to confirm feasibility.
Our delivery is FREE for all uniform orders shipped across Australia.
We accept EFT transfer, bank cheques, credit card, and PayPal. A small card processing fee may apply to all debit and credit card payments. The order requires a 50% deposit to confirm, with the remaining 50% paid before shipment.
Our return policy is primarily focused on manufacturing defects. If there is any defect in the garment, you can return it to us at our cost, and we will replace the item as soon as possible. Note: Custom-made uniforms are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges.
