For applicable programs, sizing sets can be provided to help students confirm their size before ordering.

Design Approval

School colours, logos and design details need to be right.

For applicable custom programs, physical samples and colour approval processes can be used before bulk production.

Artwork and design information are also provided for customer approval before production where applicable.

The warranty provides customers with additional confidence in the materials and manufacturing standards behind our products.

If you believe there is a manufacturing or quality issue with your order, contact our team with the relevant order information and photographs where appropriate. We will review the issue and advise the appropriate resolution in accordance with our warranty terms and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
