Know Your Timeframe Before You Order

Production and delivery times vary depending on the product and manufacturing method. If you have a specific event, competition or required delivery date, let us know when requesting your quote.

Cut & Sew Products 6–8 weeks
Caps, Hats, Beanies & Scarves 6–7 weeks
Team Socks 6–7 weeks
Blazers – 10–49 units 6–7 weeks
Blazers – 50+ units 9–10 weeks

• Sublimated winter wear includes products such as sublimated jackets, hoodies and sweatshirts.

• Cut & sew products include applicable fleece jackets, knitted rugby jerseys/jumpers and other custom cut & sew garments.

When Does the Timeframe Start?

Your production timeframe begins once the requirements needed for production have been finalised, including:

  • Final Quantities & Sizes
  • Approved Artwork
  • Order Confirmation
  • Applicable Deposit/Payment
  • For non-school customers, production does not commence until the required deposit has been received. Schools operate under their applicable payment terms.

Need It Faster?

Urgent production may be available for selected products, subject to production capacity.

A 10% urgent production surcharge applies.

Please tell us your required date before ordering so we can confirm whether the timeframe is achievable.

If we commit to your timeframe, we stand behind it.

We don't make unrealistic delivery promises simply to secure an order. Before accepting a time-sensitive order, we consider the product, quantity, production requirements and required delivery date. If the required timeframe isn't realistically achievable, we'll tell you upfront before you place the order.

Australia-Wide Delivery

Standard delivery is free to most Australian locations. Some regional, remote or higher-cost locations may require an additional freight surcharge, which we'll advise before your order is finalised.
